Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of products, materials, accessories, and services (collectively, “Products”) made through the A+ Roofing Supply website (the “Website”), in-store, by phone, or otherwise from A+ Roofing Supply (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by this Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Use and any applicable purchase agreements. We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time; changes will be posted on the Website with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
General Principles
- All sales are subject to product availability and confirmation.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, handling, taxes, and other fees unless stated.
- We aim for accurate descriptions but do not warrant perfection; inspect upon receipt.
- This Policy complies with applicable laws but may vary by jurisdiction where limitations apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following Products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:
- Any single purchase (per item or order total) that does not exceed $200.
- Custom or special-order items (e.g., cut-to-size materials, fabricated products, or items ordered specifically for you).
- Opened, used, damaged, or altered Products (including missing parts such as nails, fasteners, or accessories).
- Materials from discounted, clearance, or promotional sales—these are FINAL SALES.
Final Sales
All discounted material sales are FINAL. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued, even if the Product is unused or undamaged.
Inspection Upon Receipt
- Buyer Responsibility: You must thoroughly inspect all Products immediately upon delivery or pickup for damages, shortages, defects, or discrepancies.
- Immediate Claims: Report any issues (e.g., damaged packaging, missing items, incorrect products) to us at the time of delivery/pickup via the delivery driver, store associate, or by calling 404-922-9244.
- Post-Loading/Unloading: We are not responsible for damages, shortages, or issues occurring after loading (for pickups) or unloading (for deliveries). Once the Product leaves our facility or is signed for as received, risk of loss transfers to you.
- Documentation: Photograph issues and note on the delivery receipt. Failure to inspect and report immediately waives your right to claims.
Returns Process
Returns are not guaranteed and require prior written approval from us. To request:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt at office@aroofingsupply.com or 404-922-9244.
- Provide order number, photos, and reason.
- If approved, return in original, new, unopened, undamaged condition with all parts/packaging.
- Restocking Fee: Up to 25% of the Product price, deducted from any refund/credit.
- Condition Issues: If returned Product is damaged, opened, used, or missing parts (e.g., nails, accessories), an additional fee applies, or the return may be rejected.
- Insisted Returns: If you return without approval or in non-acceptable condition, we may accept shipment but issue no refund, credit, or exchange. You bear return shipping costs and risks.
- Shipping: You pay pick-up fee if the materials are picked-up by us, original shipping non-refundable.
- Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 14 days of approved receipt, minus fees. No cash refunds for credit card purchases over 30 days old.
Cancellations
- Pre-Shipment/Pickup: Cancel before processing/shipping for full refund (minus any incurred fees).
- Post-Shipment/Pickup: No cancellation; treat as return (subject to above).
- Delivery or Dumpster Services:
- Changes/cancellations incur a minimum $100 fee.
- Within 24 hours of scheduled service: Additional charges apply (e.g., full service fee, restocking, or vendor costs).
- No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit full payment.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Only for approved returns/cancellations per this Policy.
- Method: Original payment method; credits may be store credit at our discretion.
- Timing: 7–14 business days after approval/receipt.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping, handling, taxes, restocking, cancellation fees.
- No Refunds For: Non-returnable items, final sales, post-inspection issues, or buyer remorse outside policy.
Exceptions and Discretion
- We may deny returns/refunds/cancellations at our sole discretion (e.g., abuse, repeated requests).
- Warranty claims: Separate from returns; contact manufacturer or us for defects under warranty.
- Force Majeure: Delays/damages beyond control (weather, suppliers) do not entitle refunds.
Governing Law
This Policy is governed by Georgia law. Disputes subject to our Terms of Use arbitration.
